Our winegrower’s house, dating back to 1843, has retained all its old-world charm and, most importantly, the Cellar. With its gravel floor, original wine press, wine racks and period paintings and sketches of the Hotel de l’Ours, it retains all the nostalgic atmosphere of a bygone age.

The magnificent wine list, with more than 500 labels from throughout the world, gives pride of place to the wine growers and grape varieties of our superb wine-growing area of Vully in the Fribourg region.
